Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at info@simplygood.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exclusions
For hygiene and safety reasons, most food items can not be returned.
