- 1kg Muffin Mix
- 4 Eggs
- 280mls Canola Oil
- 280mls Water
- 1kg Muffin Mix
- 6 Eggs
- 280mls Water
- Combine ingredients in bowl and mix on low speed for 1 minute.
- Scrape bowl down and mix on low speed for 1 minute.
- Gently fold in flavours of choice
- Spoon batter into greased tin.
- Bake in preheated oven 180c (160c fan forced) for approximately 20 to 25 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
