- 1kg cookie mix
- 250 grams margarine
- 100mls water
- 200 grams honey
- 1kg Cookie Mix
- 2 eggs
- 250 grams margarine
- 250 grams sugar
- Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix on low speed for 3-4 minutes.
- Do not overbeat batter. Use a beater to mix.
- Make cookie shaped balls onto a tray and bake for 25-30 mins (160c) for Cookies OR 10-11 mins (200c for Shortbread (Both fan forced temperatures)
